Staying at Breakers Resort - Lakeside with my 3-year-old daughter was a mixed experience. The location was excellent for exploring the island, but the breakfast lacked variety and an early start could help ease the morning rush. The facilities like the indoor swimming pool, beach access, and live entertainment were great for relaxation, while landmarks such as Wawatam Lighthouse and Mackinac Bridge added to our family bonding experience. The resort is well-maintained, the staff is helpful, and the private beach with various activities made our stay enjoyable despite some minor inconveniences and noise issues.

The club on the property was very convenient for dinner and drinks, and the staff, including the waiters and waitresses, were attentive and welcoming.

The sunrise views of Mackinac Island from my private balcony at The Breakers were absolutely breathtaking. The lake view added a serene touch to my morning coffee. The staff's cultural tour was informative and entertaining, adding depth to my stay.

The hot tub maintenance issue was a major disappointment, leading to our early exit from the pool area.

The location here is top-notch, being very close to a sandy beach area equipped with chairs, fire pits and a badminton net, making it absolutely incredible.

The place was spotless and had incredibly welcoming staff at the front desk, plus the food was exceptional and offered a great variety.

The staff at Breakers Resort - Lakeside is extremely helpful and top-class. The room is stylish with a great view and comes with coffee. The breakfast includes pastries and meat. Check-in is easy, and the service is good throughout my stay.

This place is so conveniently located near a ferry port, which was super handy 🚢. The area around here is just so lovely and charming. The rooms were really clean, and I absolutely loved having a jetted tub to relax in.

The pop and candy machines need an update. It's a hassle to change bills and the noisy ice machine needs fixing.

The property was fairly clean with courteous staff. The room was brand new and outstanding. The location was marvelous, for example, Overlook was within walking distance of the hotel. The restaurant had freshly cooked food.

The eggs at The Breakers were pure magic—fluffy and flavorful, they were the talk of the town. The beachside views from the restaurant and bar were simply breathtaking. The friendly bartender truly went above and beyond, making sure my dining experience was top-notch.

The room was impressive and bright with 2 comfortable queen-sized beds and a nice view. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge worked well. The location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Overlook. The staff was helpful and accommodating, took good care of everyone.
